Hello to my breathing family and friends,

I am in Cancun Mexico now.

This is an update on the farmland in Baja.

It is the most beautiful and amazing place!

It is at the foot of 6000 foot mountains.

Our neighbor is a nationally protected bio-reserve.

It has a mature orchard with mango, avocado, plumb and guava trees.

Pure river and streams flowing down, and hot springs nearby.

The ocean is a 30 minute drive…

Or 15 miles as the crow, eagle, or hummingbird flies.

We are 45 minutes to San Jose Del Cabo;

1 hour from Cabo San Lucas.

These two tourist resorts are a snow bird and celebrity hideaway.

The coastal region here is a real estate developers dream.

We aim to save as much land as possible from it.

Creating a conscious intentional community.

Building a teaching and learning center

A spiritual retreat/resort.

A healing Center.

We started with a plan to invite 12 “Founders” at $15,000 each.

The first six pay for the land; the next six pay for initial build-out.

Formed a Mexican non-profit organization to secure permanent ownership.

People who share the vision of living in love, in harmony with life, nature and each other.

Organic farming, permaculture, water resource management, and off the grid energy.

I am inviting my family and friends to make this a first or second home or getaway.

I want to extend a personal invitation for you to participate in living the dream.

The first Baja Helaer’s Retreat March 10-20.

First Permaculture Course June 23-27.

The first month-long “Lifestyle Re-education Program” scheduled for October.

We have six founders to date.
