 The Technique


  • Conscious, connected, continuous, circular, rhythmic, breathing

  • The inhale is active and you pull it consciously into the entire breathing cavity.

  • The exhale is passive, as you deliberately let go completely with a sigh.

  • The are no pauses or gaps between the breaths.

  • There is no pushing, forcing, or holding.

  • You breathe energy as well as air.
