  • Make a list of goals you have in doing breathwork.

  • Make a list of the concerns or doubts you have in doing breathwork.

  • Make a list of issues, factors, or events that have influenced your life until now.

Begin to use the power of your mind to create the results you want in your life. Think in terms of energy. Recognize the effects that your beliefs and past experiences have on your current life, circumstance and relationships. Decide to unravel and release any core negative beliefs and feelings that have resulted from those early experiences. Decide to move in a desirable direction, while letting go of the limiting aspects of your past. 

One problem with limiting thought and behavior patterns is that you have been living your life based on them for so long they have become core beliefs that you won't even question. People will say: "that's just how I am," or "that's just my nature." Some Rebirthers call this your "personal lie." Facing your most negative thought, your most limiting consciousness factor, can be very scary, yet very liberating.

"I'm not good enough is" is a very popular personal lie. You can see it wherever people focus on the need to be good in order to be liked. As infants and children, we had feelings that were quite specific, but language was attached to these feelings only later in life. We all have common survival based fears in our need for acceptance, but the core belief that generates fear can be different. 

We might both fear rejection: you think its because you're not smart enough, someone else because they think they are not attractive enough. 

Higher self esteem is the result, the effect of good Rebirthing.
