In this lesson, Dan Brulé teaches the principle of “engaging the exhale” to enhance relaxation and the ability to let go. He emphasizes letting the exhale happen quickly and fully, while simultaneously relaxing the jaw, neck, and shoulders to vent tension instantly. Dan explains that mastering this breath skill enables you to release stress quickly before it accumulates. He encourages practicing this technique daily, suggesting 10 minutes in the morning and evening, along with multiple short sessions throughout the day.
