21 Day Breathing – Day 17
In this lesson, Dan Brulé teaches a spiritual technique called de-reflexive breathing, also known as Krishna’s Kriya Yoga. Dan explains that as you physically inhale, you mentally exhale, and as you physically exhale, you mentally inhale—imagining air and light traveling the same path at the same time but in opposite directions. He describes this practice as a way to dissolve the deep habit of “body identification,” shifting your sense of “I” from the small ego-self to a greater, higher Self. By repeatedly visualizing energy or light flowing out as air comes in, and flowing in as air goes out, you begin to loosen the grip of ego and experience oneness with life, nature, and other beings. Dan recommends practicing de-reflexive breathing daily (morning, night, and brief sessions during the day) as a powerful doorway into states of expanded consciousness and bliss.
