Things are heating up in the world, intensifying, accelerating. We are moving toward another major event, and a long overdue shift in consciousness. Some of it is due to advances in science and medicine, the increasing use of AI, as well as world politics.

Can you feel it in the air? Can you feel it happening in your own work and life? Whether you are a total newbie to Breathwork or a seasoned pro, it’s time to take your practice to a new level.

That means doubling down on your commitment to awakening, healing and growth. It means returning to the basics, and it means learning some new, advanced exercises, techniques, and meditations!

What exactly do you focus on when you breathe?
How are you applying breathwork in your life and your practice?

What is the most amazing thing you have learned or love about the breath?

Let’s consider those three questions, and start with the first one, which is the most important thing in Breathwork, and that is: consciousness, awareness.

Focus on your breathing right now, and notice where your attention goes. Do you focus on certain feelings or sensations? Sounds or movements? Do you focus on a certain part of your body, or do you sense the breathing with your whole body?

Do you focus on your energy? On relaxation? Do you focus on an image? Do you visualize something? Do you focus on a thought, an affirmation or an intention? Do you focus on a certain attitude, or quality, or emotion?

Do you focus on your heart? On God? The Divine? On your passion, your purpose, your mission? Do you focus on love, peace, joy? On your potential? Do you focus on your past, your future? On someone or something you love?

Do you focus on the qualities you want to embody? Do you focus on the kind of energy you want to put out into the world? Do you focus on increasing your aliveness? On improving your health? On building courage, strength, wisdom?

The next question is how do you apply breathwork in your life? How do you use it in your relationships, and your communications? In your work, in your art? Your healing or coaching practice? How do you apply it to your health and fitness goals? Your hobbies? Your everyday actions and interactions?

This is a call, a reminder, to get real. You need to get practical and creative. You need to invent and to innovate. You need to walk your talk. You need to practice what you preach!

The third question is what is the most amazing thing that you have learned or that you love about breathwork? What have you found or what do you believe is the most incredible, beautiful, or miraculous thing about breath and breathing?

What is it about breathwork that fires you up, lights you up? What is it about breathing that ignites your passion for life, and the love within you? What makes you want to share it with everyone you know and everywhere you go?

I hope you will give some real thought to these three questions, to re-inspire yourself and to take your breathwork practice to a whole new level.

Wishing you love, peace, joy, and abundance.
